•Speak Clearly & Confidently – Use a steady
voice and maintain eye contact.
•Keep It Concise – Share relevant details without
making it too long.
•Smile & Be Friendly – A warm attitude helps
create a positive impression.
•Use Proper Posture – Stand or sit up straight to
show confidence.
•Include Key Points – Name, class, school,
interests, and future goals.
•Use Simple & Formal Language – Avoid slang
or overly casual words.
•Practice Beforehand – Prepare and rehearse to
avoid nervousness.

•Avoid Speaking Too Fast or Too Slow –
Maintain a steady pace.
•Don’t Use Filler Words Excessively –
Avoid “umm,” “like,” or “you know” too
much.
•Don’t Be Too Nervous – Relax and take a
deep breath before starting.
•Avoid Unnecessary Details – Keep it
relevant to the introduction’s purpose.
•Don’t Interrupt or Rush – Allow a
smooth flow of words.
•Don’t forget to End Politely – Say “Thank
you” at the end.
