This document is a systematic review on sequence-to-sequence learning with neural networks, focusing on three main models: recurrent neural networks (RNN), connectionist temporal classification (CTC), and attention models. The review analyzes 16 selected papers, evaluating their contributions and quality to enhance understanding of sequence-to-sequence neural networks and their applications in machine learning. By utilizing a rigorous literature search methodology, the authors aim to identify the best approaches for implementing these models, addressing their advantages and limitations.
