• Follow-up with Purchase Dept. in case of any difference in Rate, Tax, cenvat, other terms
and conditions.
• Inform and follow up with User Dept. for inspection of material.
• In case of any rejection, inform and follow up with Purchase Dept. to return back the
material to the party.
• Preparation of Daily Material receipt & issue report punching in SAP .
• Stores related computer work in SAP such as Inbound,Excise Capture,& GRN checking, MIV
checking, UD Posting, Service entry sheet checking, P.R checking.
• Performing duties at the Weight Bridge in the Shift.
