- 2. Who is Azure Virtual Assistant Services? Hello, my name is Jacki Azure-Townsend. In 2008, I decided to apply my five year’s administrative experience to opening a virtual assistant business. My credentials include Master certification through the Microsoft Office Specialist program and extensive advanced learning. I also graduated with honours from Saskatchewan’s only nationally accredited business school. Included in my skill set are extensive database and customer relationship management software experience; producing letters, manuals, forms, yearly reports and other documents including proofreading and editing; event management from simple staff meetings, training workshops, annual general meetings to government sponsored galas; and all types of general secretarial work.
