KEYWORDS: The Database "late arrival of students to the institution" is based on the most relevant aspects of the students and their guardians, among them are ID, name, last name, grade, age, phone ... which are designed in Microsoft Access 2010. JUSTIFICATION: This work is done in order that the Technical Institute Our Lady of Manare have a dynamic tool that allows monitoring and recording optimally arrivals of students, and to apply corrective. DEFINITION: With this database, the institution tardiness and orientation coordinator (Elquin Vargas) Technical Institute Manare Our Lady identified the need to improve monitoring and recording tardies. This database was applied to the three sites that comprise the institution. This project comprises or consists of the creation of a database where you can take control and record late arrivals to the institution by the student to the institution. This database carry the name and grade of the student, will also include the full name, cell phone number guardian, the date, time, venue, number of tardies accumulated. SPECIFICATIONS:

This database was performed in Microsoft Access 2010 program with the help of Photoshop and PhotoScape for the settlement of the GUI, the database also contains basic information about the students, guardians and the institution. CONCLUCION: With the development of this software (database ) is of great benefit to the Technical Institute Our Lady of Manare since not had a pedagogical strategy to register and apply any corrective students who are persistently late to the institution .
