Client: G Suite Reseller
Business Need:
• Client wanted to provide general company information to the user whoever visits their website and enquire about existing offers, products
quotation etc.
Solution Features:
• The bot was developed to analyse complex questions and provide relevant questions to answers. The bot provided general company
information to the user whoever comes to their website and interacts with the chatbot. User can enquire about existing offers etc.
• If they need a quotation about their products, user is asked for required inputs like number of users, email Id, customer company details
etc. Once the required details are available, chatbot sends the details to the quotation and invoicing system. Based on the details, system
generates a quotation and sends it to the person on his/her email and chatbot confirms to the user that the Quotation has been sent on
their email Id.

Business Need:
• Client wanted to help the website visitors providing a chatbot solution for "Get a free quote".
Solution Features:
The bot was developed to perform the following tasks:
• Website visitor clicks "Get a free quote" button.
• Chat UI opens and the bot asks the questions required to prepare the quotation.
• Once all the inputs available, script will prepare a document based on the quotation template and business logic.
• Dynamic fields in the template will be replaced as per the user inputs.
• A PDF copy of the merged document will be emailed or a download link will be provided to the user in the bot screen itself.

• The bot was developed to book appointments online through website from the available appointments for a free insurance coverage study.
Chatbot evaluated all possible meanings and interpretations to determine what the user is asking. The bot consists of several libraries and
modules developed and trained to understand intent and entities.
• Chatbot is able to provide available appointment slots to website visitors. They are able to book by providing details and provide an email
notification. Once booking is confirmed, it appears as a booked slot in calendar.
