Objectives and impacts3,500 energy managers are trained and certified by end of 2013; 1,000 additional per annum after 2013 (ultimate target: 10,000)900 energy-intensive industries attain 2-star certification by 2013 (demonstrating actual energy savings), resulting in:Reduced energy consumption by 100,000 MWh per annum (to grow on 10% annual basis)Reduced emissions of greenhouse gases by 55,000 tons per annum800 additional energy-intensive industries attain 2/3-star certification on annual basis after 2013 (ultimate objective: 5,000 companies)
