This document describes Dr. Jose Santos' Advanced Change System (ACHAS) for preparing individuals to be agents of change. The system involves three main stages: preparation, execution, and solution. It teaches techniques for finding answers, acquiring preparation, maximizing impact during execution, and efficiently implementing solutions. The goal is to train individuals to be "formasters" - change agents who can then teach others. Formasters undergo three certifications: self-forming to develop character, formation for change to learn competencies, and becoming a teacher of change. The system aims to simplify the process of effective change through synergy learning.
