Introduction  activeCollab is a project management & collaboration tool.  We can work with  our  team and clients in an easy to use environment, while keeping full control over  our  data.

HOW TO LOGIN?
Getting Started - Logging In  System data is not visible to people who don't have an account in the system and are not logged in. To log in insert your email address and password in the login form. Everyone have user's profile where they can set up full name, contact information, chose an avatar, and more.
WHAT FEATURES CAN WE FIND IN THE INTERFACE?
Interface Interface is made out of following sections: User Control Section  Company Logo  Toolbar  Page Information Section Workspace Project Tabs  (most  important interface element )
WHAT FEATURES CAN WE FIND IN THE DASHBOARD?
Dashboard Provide  brief overview on what's going on with project s : Recent Activities Active Projects  New and Updated  Late and Today Important Block  Favorite Projects  Who is Online
HOW MANY ROLES AVAILABLE?
Roles Admin  Clients PM Designer Developer
HOW MANY MILESTONES AVAILABLE FOR DEV & SEO?
Milestones - Development Project Initiation (Setup project and compiling material for project) Design Stage (Concept Draft, Layout Review, Design Integration, Content Population) Development Stage (Setup Module, Bug Fixing, Customization) Launching Preparation (Final QA, launching process) Maintenance (Bug fixing and new request)
Milestones - SEO Keyword Research  Onpage Optimization  Offpage Optimization
WHAT IS DISCUSSION?
Discussion This section will be used for PM and IC to discuss the project. Each discussion should consist of one subject (such as:  concept draft, form customization, etc)
WHAT IS FILES?
Files PM  (and IC)  need to upload any material related to the specific project in this section.  It is recommended to use this section instead of the attachment on the ticket so that it is easier to find the files/ attachment when needed.
WHAT IS CALENDAR?
Calendar All progress related to the project can be viewed in this section It will  gather all milestones, ticket and tasks from the project and display them all in a calendar based on the day when they are due.
WHAT IS TICKETS?
Tickets Each ticket represent one task. PM need to add the detail and deadline to each task, then assigned it to the one who is responsible. Please remember to add the team first from "People" section. PM will close the ticket once the task completed or reopen if needed. Please note that we need to set the ticket as "Private" so that IC cannot see the conversation.
WHAT IS PEOPLE?
People We can see the designer/developer and name of the IC related to the project in this section.  Only PM and admin are able to add the people.
HOW TO ADD NEW PROJECT?
Add New Project – for PM Name : Name of the Project Overview : Detail of the project which includes the product used, link, etc D efault Visibility : Choose "Normal" Project Template : Choose “ Project Template “   or “SEO Template”  Leader : Choose the leader of the project Client : Choose  “Internet Consultant/ IC” Group : Please ignore and set it as "None" Starts On : Choose the day by clicking the Calendar icon Click "Submit“ Please add the logo of the project as the avatar so that we can easily recognized the project.
