Administration of the application provides facilities for intervention on the general setting, on the general parameters of the application, grouped by various features, even after implementation

Master: Here you have Company Creation to create company, Branch Creation to create branch if any, Financial Year to set year, Role master to assign roles. User Rights: Here all the details about employee is registered such as Employee Creation, Employee Hierarchy also the Acess to each role is defined herein. Configuration: Here in all the Configuration related to voucher number is decided also the login page configuration are also set here, Workflow configuration defines the reporting flow of company

- 5. Branch Creation General details, registration details,other details about branch is recorded here.
- 6. Financial Year Financial year is set here using 'From' date 'To' date you can Edit/Insert/Search year using these functionality
- 7. Role Master Role Code along role name is alloted here in role master Edit/Inactive functionality is provided here
- 8. Employee Creation Employee details are filled in here Login information is generated here checkbox is provided if employee has to give ERP access or not and if yes then you can fix date along with time for ERP use from here.
- 9. Employee Hierarchy employee hierarchy details are noted here to whome he is going to report along with his designation, name, etc. Organisation tree is generated on this button click
- 10. Role Access Rights Role Name is assigned here Company wise rights, branch wise rights, module wise rights, form wise rights are assigned from here. By ticking here you can assign a access to person for specific form or module or branch or company which makes company's data more secure.
- 11. Voucher No. Configuration for voucher no. config. branch details, module name, form name is captured here Our ERP provides option for voucher no. generation where you can generate voucher no. Date wise, Month Wise, Numeric, Alphanumeric or user defined.
- 12. Login Page Configuration ERP user can login from here by providing credentials You can update, preview or go back from here
