- 1. Walk Through: Advanced Search in eApps Finding Relevant Candidates from Applicants to your Job Posting
- 2. Go to eApps to view applications to the job you posted on Naukri
- 4. Click on Advanced Search
- 6. Set “Keyword”, “Experience”, “Salary”, “Location” based search Keyword Experience Current Salary Current Location
- 7. Set additional search criteria based on “Functional Area”, “Industry” and “Education” of candidates Current Functional Area Current Industry Educational Details
- 8. You can also search candidates based on their responses to your Custom Questions Applicant responses to Custom Questions Search in Specific Folders & from Specific Sources
