Also the information is in one place and not a multiple vendors. -Single point Why?: As I stated before errors are not just typos. Bad data has to be found and made sure that it is correct or it could corrupt the system. You do not know if it was entered wrong or it is wrong at its point of origin. -Time Spent Why? When I talked about the success of the ability for clients to create their own custom documents. Client used to have to do this in word manually. Now they can use this document and have all of the information prefilled through this mail merge technology. We have basic sample templates that client can use at the start. -Increased Why? The client was able to grow their outstanding 1 year after implementation while reducing losses at the same time.
