This document discusses CSC's approach to scaling Agile practices across their organization. They implemented an Agile Delivery Methodology (AgDM) and Adaptive Delivery Methodology (AdDM), initially with one team in 2006 and expanding to involve more teams and departments over time. Key aspects of their approach include adopting Scrum, continuous integration/delivery practices, strong metrics, collaboration tools, and emphasis on technical health/debt. Challenges in scaling included managing distributed teams and dependencies, which they addressed through light coordination structures while maintaining team autonomy. The case study demonstrates their program management approach with workgroups, transparent backlogs and dependencies.
