Experiment Set up your agreements and stick to them There is no one size fits all When scheduling meetings, make sure they start on time and don’t blame the tool Be prepared – talk to the person who has the room in front of you, etc. See what other teams are using, follow blogs, CoPs, Coaching Fridays…
