Gorilla Media is a digital media agency founded in 2010 by a few avid enthusiasts
of the Internet, technologies and our increasingly mobile society.

Business websites
Our web development solutions for small business are
usually focused on exposing products and
develop costumer loyalty for the company. One on the

For Frozana, a fast growing food company, we created
this modern website emphasizing high quality
and the natural fruits they offer.
We also decided to implement the parallax effect.
Great background visuals expose ripe fruits and their
natural environment while the foreground presents
products and company info.
This simple solution combines nature with European
ﬂair that we believe excellently positions the client.

Business websites
To authenticate quality and high production standards
at Frozana, we used videos showing the main steps
in the production process. Clips were settled on
motion background that makes the website
more interactive and dynamic.
As a result of these simple changes the website and
the effectiveness signiﬁcantly increased and the
number of contacts through the website tripled.
The modern design was very warmly welcomed and
prized at the world’s leading food fair for the retail
trade - Anuga 2013 in Cologne.
Forbes and Polish business portal (biznes.pl) also
appreciated it and awarded 1st place as
Best-Business-Website.

Corporate websites
We specialize in modern corporate websites.
The latest one was created for Stroer - one of the
world leaders in outdoor advertising.
A new website was divided into areas that present
Stroer and its products in effective and
innovative ways.
To improve communication with online users the
most important features were grouped into sections
(offer, applications, contacts, case studies, news and
innovations). They can be easly accessed directly from
the homepage.
Products were arranged intuitively exposing their main
characteristic. Each type of medium was visualized in
its' real environment. It strongly impacted with
viewers to increase sales.

E-commerce platforms
Some of our clients are expanding their business focus
on online selling or trading. To respond to this need we
offer developing e-commerce platforms.
Firma-ﬁrmie.pl (aka company-to-company) is one of
such examples. The idea was simple - allow
companies (ex. factories) to sell extra materials they
have left from the production process.
The platform we developed presents offers with
online store functionalities. Architecture of
Information was optimized for navigation and good
offer exposure. Minimalistic design and
pictograms bring clarity and allow intuitive
navigation between the main categories.

E-commerce platforms
Another example of e-commerce functionalities within
a website is the xStore.pro platform. We
developed it for our client XTB – a large European
stockbroker.
xStore.pro is an online store offering many
applications, supporting trading activities for XTB
clients. They are presented in categories with users
drawn with visual ﬂow left to right. Each application is
promoted by an image that animates and with
„mouse over” reveals a short description of an
application. It gives an impression of interactivity
and simplicity.

Community website
For non-corporate websites with lots of content we
offer more complex solutions that include advanced
content management systems and SEM/SEO
optimization.
A good example of this solution is the website
doradcasmaku.pl (aka tasteadviser) - a large culinary
service.
Our client (Prymat) built a database of almost 300 000
recipes. Optimizing usability and navigation for
the huge recipes database was the key requirement.
The process required deep analysis and identiﬁed
potential problems and risks. With this knowledge we
designed a well organized and searchable
architecture of information delivering high
availability of unique content.

Community website
Over the design phase we focused on attractive
multimedia content presenting recipes with images
and videos. This approach helped users get through
the preparation phases.
To meet users expectations we offered additional
tools and functionalities (ex. Tastemeter or Fridge).
Tastemeter recommends recipes from users having
similar culinary preferences. Fridge recommends
dishes that you may prepare using items from your
fridge.
The new design focuses on communicating the
culinary character of the website.

Mobile websites
With increasing numbers of mobile users
responsive web design is becoming more
important.
To help our clients stay competitive in the market we
deliver responsive web design (RWD). This ensures a
seamless user experience while browsing over
multiple mobile devices. It also improves website
visibility in search engines.
We developed websites in RWD for almost all our
clients helping them to stay ahead of competitors
in the markets they operate.

Mobile applications
Beyond responsive web design functionalities we also
support our clients in developing dedicated mobile
applications. They are complementary products
allowing clients to effectively reach the mobile user.
Our clients see them as very good solutions when the
website has additional functionalities to offer, ex. user
accounts, online store, dedicated applications or tools,
etc.
Prymat is one of our clients that decided to develop a
dedicated mobile application (on iOS and Android) for
its RWD website. The application offers access to the
recipes database but also to unique tools - Tastemeter
and Fridge - that are very useful over daily shopping
and more easily accessible than in RWD mode.
This mobile application helped Prymat to be more
popular with mobile users.

Mobile applications
Following global trends we try to integrate the latest
technologies into the mobile applications we develop.
For our partner (Stroer) we created an application called
Stroer VOOH. This application is based on QR code
and augmented reality technologies. User could
easily scan any graphic element (called activator) and
see on their mobile additional content available online.
This application showed additional info about scanned
outdoor media from Stroer’s offer but it may present
other additional info, ex.
· map to nearest shop for scanned product
· current weather for scanned tropical island image
· additional features for scanned car
· nearest showtimes in cinemas, OR
just about anything. The potential is huge and the
number of solutions are only limited by your
imagination.

Infographics
Animated infographics are very effective in
promoting a company, its offer, new product or
any other public related activity. It is a very popular
form of communication with online users who
are not willing to read long webpages filled with text.
To support Stroer in such communication we created
an infographic called “Stroer by the numbers”. It helps
users to understand the company and its products
better.
Additionaly we offer a simple tool supporting
sales activities – business flash offer. Dedicated
CMS allows each sales agent to update key
business figures in a few simple steps. The whole
offer can be updated – including charts and copy. All
figures are presented in transparent, modern design
with readable infographics. After a few minutes, a
fully updated, flash offer is ready to be presented to
the client.

Video production
For those clients who want to educate users or just
to inform them about their latest events we offer
video productions.
They may be videos recorded in studio on green
screen background. These clips are useful in
promoting more complex ideas or solutions where
additional guidance by presenter is needed. The main
advantage of these videos is high content-
related delivery.
Alternatively they may be more similiar to documentary
videos. A good example is: “Daily contact with the
outdoors” showing wide variety of outdoor media.
The story is based on daily tours with 3 people, living
different lives. This video depicts reality in
non-standard scenarios.

Animations
Animations are usually created for new services or
functionalities. We always enjoy creating them. They
are short enough to hold the users attention for
enough time to learn new features. Attractively
presented animated drawings are a very effective
way of communication.
Firmaﬁrmie.pl was a completely new service offering a
new model of business trading. For better
understanding of the business idea we created a short,
animated tutorial where in a few simple steps the user
can learn basic service functionalities and
immediately use them.
Animations may also describe processes or encourage
responsible behavior. A good example is an
educational video we created for Dalkia - the largest
private operator of heating networks in Poland.

Flash games
An interesting addition to our web offer are ﬂash
games. The number of ideas for simple games are
limitless. A great advantage of this form is connecting
fun and educational aspects.
Dalkia for its website biocity.pl decided to develop
a few ﬂash games called biogames. They were
promoting: water saving, energy saving and waste
sorting.

Facebook apps
To increase the marketing impact with social media
users we often design and develop Facebook
applications.
They are usually “event related” but with attractive
design and interesting concepts. In our portfolio
we have applications promoting photo contests,
culinary websites, wish cards and even football
competitions. We see them as an effective way of
engaging Facebook users.

Branding
Creation of brand visual identity (logo and other
visual elements) as well as launching campaigns for
new services may also be part of our marketing
activities.
We recently helped one of the pharmaceutical
companies to launch their new product on the market -
Healthy Lollipop.
Our marketing activities focused on:
· Developing product website – zdrowylizak.pl
· Creating visual identity for the new brand
· Creating the brand mascot - Kiki (the squirrel)
who promotes the lollipop’s healthy effects
· Packaging design and advertising materials

the natural fruity ﬂavor and the funny innovative
character of healthy lollipop
