- 5. Director Accrue Conveyor Products Pvt. Ltd. (Accrue) is promoted by Mr. Ravindra R., an experienced technocrat having more than a decade of experience in the field of mechanical engineering and industrial automation. Mr. Ravindra developed his skills of mechanical design and development during the course of his studies as well as parallelly working on various innovative projects. His passion for engineering design enabled him to successfully design and develops a working prototype of a 90 Degree Conveyor during his college days. Foundations of Accrue were laid in 2001 when he started his own engineering design services firm. During the period from 2001 to 2005 he garnered insight and skills in design, development and supply of various engineering components and automation systems by applying innovative manufacturing processes. After this he formed Accrue India as a proprietary firm in December 2004 and started designing and developing various SPMs and parts there off. Accrue further developed variety of rollers and processes to manufacture the rollers in an effective and efficient way. During 2005 to 2008 Accrue supplied rollers as well as conveyor subsystems and executed many projects for a variety of customers in automation systems area. Subsequently in 2008 Accrue successfully executed a large projects involving 1.5 km long conveyor for Areva. From FY 2009-10 Accrue decided to focus on selling rollers as Cataloged Products. Since then Accrue has been successfully supplying rollers to many customers.

It has a very free running bearing which means that very very small and lightweight can still be conveyed easily by gravity. Also Taper rollers are available in this category. - 8. The Accrue type 200 roller is available with single conveyor roller Airoll 200 or double sprocket options. The 15 tooth x 1/2" pitch sprockets are also available in steel, to suit your individual needs. Diameter options ranging from 50mm to 120mm and can be chemical bonded for maximum high load rating, especially when used in pallet handling system. The roller can also be made with stainless steel tube, spindle and bearings to be used in the food industry.
