 Project Description
In Mumbai, the Indian authorities have engaged Suez Environnement to improve water
distribution services to 12.5 million people with the aim of supplying water to consumers 24
hours a day, 7days a week. The city of Mumbai has commissioned Suez Environnement India
to improve drinking water distribution to its 12.5 million people.
The project relies on Suez Environnement’s know-how and is perfectly in line with its
international development strategy: adapting to local issues, transferring skills and training,
improving the quality of services with the goal of supplying water to consumers on a 24/7
basis, drinking water distribution network modeling, leak detection, and the improvement of
the customer service.
 Responsibilities
1. Planning execution of work and team handling.
2. Conducts meeting with Data Migration Team about the Client Requirements on
Quantity and Quality Basis
3. Coordinating and Communicating With Client throughout Project Lifecycle.
4. Visit the all MCGM departments and give training for DGPS.

Project Description
The scope of project is to developing a digital topographic data base for a GIS,
topographical maps are the main source of data. Aerial photography and satellite images
are extra sources for collecting data and identifying attributes which can be mapped in
layers over a location of scale. The scale of a map and geographical rendering area
representation type are very important aspects since the information content depends
mainly on the scale set and resulting locatability of the map's representations. In order to
digitize a map, the map has to be checked within theoretical dimensions, then scanned into
a raster format, and resulting raster data has to be given a theoretical dimension by a
rubber sheeting/warping technology process. City Map represents a number of features and
attributes, which are useful for large scale map
