Alexey Shulga is a senior software engineer with over 10 years of experience in software development. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Cybernetics from Southern Federal University and his M.S. in Computer and Information Science from Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering. Currently, he works at Samsung Electronics as a senior engineer where he has led projects developing mapping APIs for Tizen and prototyped platforms for intelligent assistants and social networking. Previously, he worked at R&D Medicom MTD where he developed software for medical diagnostic equipment.
