Year 7 Amazing Places Extended Homework Your task: Investigate an amazing place. Present your research in an imaginative way Date due in:  Key questions to answer: Where is the place located? What makes the place amazing? How has the place changed and how might it change in the future? You will need to include: At least one map Annotated photographs of your place How to present? You may present your research in any way. For example: A scrapbook A tourist brochure A website A poster You do not have to use ICT How will I be assessed? Level What do I have to do? 3 I have used some geography words I have described why my chosen place in amazing I have not used many graphs, maps and photographs 4 I have used geographical words I have used at least one map and one photo I have explained why my place is amazing using connectives I have presented my work neatly I have suggested good geographical questions 5 I have used a wide range of geographical vocabulary I have included annotated photographs and maps as well as data and other interesting information I have explained  in detail why my place is amazing using connectives I have presented my work imaginatively I have suggested way in which this place may change in the future
