Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR)
Based on the observation that the current VAE* system does not match the
expectations, four Ministers have called for a thorough reform of the VAE:

• Labour, 

• Solidarity and Health,

• Higher Education, Research and Innovation,

• National Education and Youth
