What is Magiq? Magiq  exploits a unique and patented set of technology to automatically capture information from web site visitors and… Use that to build a real-time profile of each visitor and visit Use that to build a long-term profile of each visitor’s behavior Provide you a set of apps that allow you to exploit this data Real-time personalization Self-building customer lists to drive targeted (email) marketing campaigns … and do all of that Via a pay-as-you-go cloud based service Without “tagging” the client’s site Without any programming or technical skills.
Components  A Magiq file to include in the site A client app to manage your gnomes The gnomes provide a suitable metaphor for what Magiq does You hire and fire Gnomes to run the Magiq apps, you give them a budget and instructions… they do the work…. A (growing) set of apps that provide a set of digital marketing services

A real-world case study Dutch Insurer FBTO uses these techniques to drive online conversion and cross channel programs.
Pilot Real Time Interactions Relevant interactions with the visitor
 Interaction with the customer/visitor who are in a  specific buying phase:    Attention :  visit only, no goals reached    Interest :  visit to product information    Desire :  visit to premium calculation Action :  bought an insurance product This profiling is done for each of 4 products Resulting in 16 visitor segments Magiq is used to push content for each segment The site is NEVER changed! AIDA model
Attention stage Empty profile/first visit. Show people three unique selling points of FBTO
Interest stage This visitor has shown interest in a specific product in the past or in this session... Show visitor test results for specific product. In this case: “ 86% of our customers would recommend FBTO health insurance to others.”
Desire stage This visitor has made a premium calculation in the past or in this session. Show visitor 3 unique selling points for that specific product.
Action stage Visitor has bought an insurance online in the past or in this session. Show all the online service elements we have for that specific product.
Results > For the products that were used in the test we have an increase of 15% in conversion rate:      From 3.76% in the test group (no Magiq)      To 4.32% for visitors (with Magiq) > Significant: 98%
Cross Channel Program The data was also used to target visitors who get quote but do not buy The call centre calls known visitors in this state Quote-to-call duration is tuned for maximum conversion 1 in 3 calls result in a sale!

Charging You only pay for what Magiq does for you: $0.50 per thousand customer records held per month $1.50 per thousand  Chameleon  page impressions $2.00 per thousand  Locale  page impressions $2.00 per thousand  Smart  changes $5.00 per 1000 downloaded  Retain  or  Prospect  records Every gnome has a budget – so no surprises. £500/month minimum charge…  One month contract term One customer per instance  Data privacy… Custom segmentation & site tuning against agreed/fixed quote Basket analysis, behavioral segments, rich media monitoring etc.
What can Magiq do for you?
