I personally interviewed and hired "Andi" as a Graphic Designer for our organization. Though she only worked for us for 7 months, in that time she proved to be an exceptional employee by every measure. Her work habits and organizational skills are exceptional, her talents in the field of graphic design excellent, and she is one of the nicest, kindest, most positive-thinking people that I have interacted with professionally. The flexibility and open-mindedness that Andi brought to her job made working with her on projects an absolute pleasure. In my 35-year business career I have hired an awful lot of talented people and, along the way, have had to release many employees as well. None of the new hires that I have made have been any better than Andrea and none of the releases that I have made, any more difficult. A tough economic environment resulted in our company having to eliminate Andi's position and, unfortunately for us, there was simply no other position we could offer her. Given a change in business climate that would allow us to restore her position with our company, I would hire Andi back immediately.
