Andrew Jones has been employed with Ordyss for just over 12 months, initially in the
capacity of a level one Service Desk Support Analyst across a multi-client managed
services. Although new to the IT support employment Andrew quickly proved that with a bit
of support and direction he was capable of much more than just providing basic level one
support. As a managed services provider it is essential to ensure support provided to a
client base is at a superior level, this came naturally to Andrew.
Andrew is an intelligent, compassionate and technically apt individual and as such was
promptly placed within a client site to provide onsite support which ranged from SOE
imaging through to providing support to cloud based products such as office 365. Andrew
thrives on challenges and is always the first person to offer assistance to other service desk
team members. Because of Andrew’s nature and determination to provide stellar customer
service he was tasked with solely supporting a new client which involved learning a new
support model and client in house systems all of which was done so with ease.
As the Service Delivery Manager it has been an absolute pleasure to see Andrew grow
technically but most importantly in confidence over the last 12 months. As a manager the
rare mix of technical abilities and superior customer skills in a person is few and far
between, I wish Andrew well with all of his future endeavors as he is an asset to any
company that hires him. If the opportunity arose for me within another company I would
most definitely employee Andrew again in an instant.
