This document presents a novel anonymous sealed-bid auction protocol that leverages time-released encryption on a consortium blockchain, addressing privacy and collusion concerns inherent in traditional auction systems. The proposed protocol utilizes a digital certificate-based identity mechanism and blind signatures to ensure participant anonymity while allowing bids to remain confidential until a designated time, thereby preventing the auctioneer from manipulating bid information. The analysis showcases the protocol's effectiveness in maintaining financial fairness, bid privacy, and verifiable correctness, distinguishing it from conventional methods that rely on trusted third parties.
