Aah..ChennaiX began operating from a tiny shop of hardly 200 sq.ft,located at 11,---------,. ---------then, was a fairly known place with corporate biggies like MRF and Apollo hospitals giving it a name and identity. Off to a hesitant start,the shop was staffed by just 2 guys along with the 'start-up' men, Salim and Harris. Sales, to start with, was next to nothing, and to add to the confusion, the shops only staff, fell off their bike,barely 15 days into business, resulting in a strange vacuum. So the breach was filled by the the duo. This,they believe, was the turning point in their business. They tried their hand at innovative recipes, served the guests, cleaned up glasses, and the floor. Now it boasts of more than 120 items in the menu and outlets all over the city.
