Research MethodThe method for researching I would use is hypothesis where I will evaluate and analyse my findings and how the problem can be sorted.I chose this type of research method because it’s simple and easy to understand by readers. Also, this method is perfect for showing my collected data calculations to the people.

Collecting Data MethodThe method for collecting data that I would use is survey, I will give out questionnaires to a selected school and the school will collect the questionnaires when filled by students then I will collect the questionnaires to be analysed.I chose this type of method because it’s fast and easy to complete by students therefore collecting it won’t be a problem. Also, the questionnaires are easy to prepare.

Sampling MethodThe method for sampling I chose is cluster where I will give the questionnaires to certain group of students such as year 11’s then I will be able to analyse the survey based on year 11 students.I chose this type of method because it’s less time consuming and the students are similar to one another in relation to studies. Also, it’s easy to get answers as this year group is where students need a use of computers to be able to do their coursework or revise for examinations.

Areas of Potential ErrorAreas for potential error would be for questionnaires because I might put a more complex question rather than putting a much simpler one.Another example of potential poor questioning would be the question phrases because I might ask questions that does not cover every possible answer.

Steps Taken to Eliminate BiasThe steps I will take to eliminate bias will be to avoid asking questions where the sample won’t find every possible answers; I will avoid questions where the sample would be pressurised to answer yes or no; and I will avoid questions where I could get highly chance of untruthful answers.
- 7. Hardware and Software to Carry Out the TaskThe hardware and software I need to carry out this task will be computer with complete accessories such as mouse and keyboard; Microsoft office preferably the latest one so that I will be able to create the questionnaire, present my collected data and show a report about the whole survey.
