- 1. The Ultimate Productivity App By, Stephen Zarcone
- 2. The “Ultimate Productivity app” The “Ultimate Productivity app” is mainly focused towards students in high school up until the end college. This app’s focus is in the title, its the ultimate productivity app. It has Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations(Slideshows), and Work Cited all in one. It combines iWork and EasyBib to make the students life a little easier. It’s not hard in this app to utilize the features in the other options of this app. This problem needs to be solved because too many students do not utilize EasyBib and iWork when many have iPhones and it just makes sense to combine them all so that its all in one place. This problem troubles many students. Personally I don’t like having so many things open on my phone and computer so combining them so that it is easier to use them just makes sense to me.
- 3. The Home Page The Home page simply shows all the Productivity options (Like iWork) that are available within the APP Such as, Word Processing, Spreadshee ts, Presentations and Work cited
- 4. Universal Buttons (Other than the home page) The universal Settings button, No matter the location it will display the same thing The Universal buttons on the bottom at any time press on either of these buttons and it will take you either a new document under these options or the home page Settings Save Save as Print Rename Export to… Home Page Word Work Cited Processing Spread Sheets Presentations

- 6. Word Processing When you click on the text or on the blank canvas a keyboard appears for you to type as you please.
- 7. Word Processing Press on the Format Button and you have the ability to change the Font, Size, and Color.
- 8. Word Processing Press on the Docs Button and You can see all the documents you have worked on and Edit, Rename, Delete, and Print inside that menu.
- 9. Work Cited The Work Cited Option is sponsored by EasyBib.com Its the EasyBib.com app inside this app so the user can utilize all of the options both apps offer. - 12. Development Environment Goal: To create an app to make the lives of students easier. You would use it just as you would use iWork and EasyBib except they are more integrated so you can place a spreadsheet in a presentation and etc.
