who ascertained ADHD and prescribed medicines to him, Jasper did much better. Common
problems people with ADHD experience during puberty, such as drug addiction or criminal
behavior, are possibly prevented by this.

These parties mean that the opinion of the State Secretary that parents look for psychiatric help for ordinary problems in bringing up children, is based on nothing. When children are unbearable at school, aggressive or get addicted to drugs, then we cannot say according to them, that parents and children should learn to live with it. Therefore, according to them, it is shocking to see the ease with which the State Secretary talks nonsense to try to explain away the cutbacks on health care, and in this case Youth Care.
