Executive Summary
The marketing strategy for the new application, which is targeted at Generation Z, has undergone
research. They are excessively dependent on technical improvements, it has been discovered.
Compared to more conventional forms of communication, they favour social media.
Consequently, the digital platform has great potential to penetrate the generation Z market. It has
a sizable community that can be enlisted for the promotion of the real application Zen Bizz,
which was designed to provide information on entrepreneurship and opportunities for users to
submit their business-related ideas on international platforms. In order to provide them the
chance to create new business and to be enriched in building up their own entrepreneurial
journeys, it can access social media users as well as draw short video creators. The application
can be made to be valued and appreciated globally through the appropriate use of promotional
and marketing strategies, specifically by attracting generation Z's access and interest.

Introduction and Background
People who belong to “Generation Z” can be defined as self-driven and far more innovative
compared to millennials. They are concerned about the surrounding world and want to engage in
diverse communities to gather scopes of elevating their life. After judging the typical
characteristics of generation Z, an application can be suggested to meet all their enthusiasm and
demand. The application will be able to deliver both business-oriented perspectives and social
interactions as well. Business enthusiast people or entrepreneurs who want guidance in pursuing
their career path with new scopes of inventory (Jarrar et al. 2020). The app will connect them
smoothly as entrepreneurs, or people who want to learn about business can join the application
and upload their points of view and perspectives in the form of short videos.
Furthermore, they can share their ideas and opinions in status, interact with people in that post,
and communicate with each other personally. Another section will be added to the application to
teach and develop them for the entrepreneurship journey. Business requires excessive knowledge
and learning about how to shape the inventory, collect funding, and make a successful business
from an idea. The name that can be given to the application is “Gen Bizz,” as it elaborates the
scope and connection in the global perspectives, and people from multiple backgrounds, races,
and cultures can join there to learn and share their business enthusiasm. The report aims to add
opportunities and growth to Gen Z so that their tendency to surf the internet and engage in short
videos can be altered into positive habits. The report has discussed the possible steps to analyze
the market situation for this new application and which strategies can be appropriate for
emphasizing the application in the market.
The rationale for the application
“People of Generation Z” tends to adore being highly social and collaborative and prioritize
relevance, flexibility, nonhierarchical leadership, and authenticity. Generally, internet surfing
and watching short videos become considered bad habits and waste necessary time (Olson et al.
2021). The new application “Gen Bizz” wants to alter the aspects of time wastage into beneficial
scopes for them to connect with the worldwide business and excel profoundly in the global
market. The members of Generation Z believe that they are more tolerant and open-minded than
members of any previous generation. Comparatively, only 22% of Baby Boomers are members

of a minority group, whereas nearly half of the members of Gen Z are members of a minority
group (Rani, 2019). Additionally, most members of Gen Z promote social organizations such as
"Black Lives Matter, transgender rights, and climate change." The “members of Generation Z”
are dependent on technology and are incapable of dealing with face-to-face encounters.
The generation known as "Gen Z" is notorious for being the first age with no distinct memory of
a period before the Internet. They adhere to the principle of pragmatism and place high
importance on direct communication, sincerity, and relevance. They also value taking care of
themselves. Because they are so accustomed to obtaining what they require on their own, they
may be more prone than older individuals who were around when they were approximately the
same age as Gen Z’s to challenge rules and authority (Civelek et al. 2020). This is because Gen
Zers are accustomed to obtaining what they require independently. Therefore, they are interested
in doing something authentically to adhere to the sense of freedom in conducting their
professional activities. As a result of being raised with the internet and other digital technologies,
people of this age group have a greater propensity than those of other age groups to spend
significant amounts of time online (Dwivedi et al. 2020). Research has shown that more than
half of members of Generation Z (55%) use their cell phones for at least five hours each day, and
more than a third (31%) of them report feeling uneasy if they are separated from their devices for
even thirty minutes or less.

This figure states that the people of gen Z are excessively addicted to internet usage. A survey
conducted among Gen Z customers in China in 2022 revealed that fifty percent of those polled
indicated they could not possibly conceive of living alone without the internet. In comparison,
only 34 percent of respondents in Thailand held the same opinion in the year 2022 (Statista.com,
2023). Therefore, the initiative to make an application that can add value to Gen Z is necessary
as their habits can be altered into the habits of engaging in business learning and learning about
entrepreneurship. It also signifies the vast possibilities and potentialities that belong in the
market, as Gen Z is the primary target of this application.

The figure represents that 95% and 97% of Generation Z people prefer watching videos and
social networking. It has been estimated that nearly "66.8 million people” in the United Kingdom
in 2019, and among them, "there were approximately 12.6 million people (18.8%) in Generation
Z”, which defined the age group “born between 1997 and 2012” (Statista.com, 2023). In terms of
the number of different countries of origin represented, “Generation Z” comprises the most
varied cohort in the “European Union.”These entire statistics represent huge possibilities to
acquire a considerable population for the new application. The application will be presented to
Gen Z with the help of entirely digital marketing. It can open immense business scopes to reach
the target market as they are available in social media rather than any other traditional medium.
The process to appeal to its target segment
The target segment is the massive population of Generation Z, who are available worldwide and
have shared their technology-based or internet-based lifestyles. Therefore, the digital method is

the most prominent way to access their vast interest as they significantly belong in the digital
platforms. With a cumulative economic output of "more than 143 billion USD and an anticipated
population of 2.56 billion" people worldwide, Gen Z provides the massive potential for
companies attempting to expand their operations (statista.com, 2023). This current generation is
influenced heavily by social media and the internet because they have grown up with both
technology solutions. To access the target segment channel will be made through which the
service content will be featured to them.
A website is the most critical option for delivering new updates about the processing of the
application. Therefore, promoting websites to attract high traffic can be a beneficial way to reach
the market. Besides, creating profiles on all the available social networking platforms, such as
making videos about the scopes and benefits the application can add to the target population, can
derive great attention from the market (Ayush et al. 2020). As no such products are available in
the market, there are high scopes of adhering entire market potentiality. Furthermore, making
short and precise videos can attract them more, and the champion authenticity of the application
will be able to gather access from the market. Besides, endorsement from successful influencers
can access their vast fan base, which is another way to reach Gen Z.
4P-Marketing Mix
The significant elements of the “marketing mix” are “Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.”
Business prefers these four elements of the marketing mix to create effective marketing
strategies and plan so that effective business plan can be made to reach the target market. Gen
Bizz is software that represents the capacity of being a video platform as well as a learning and
interaction platform where entrepreneurs can communicate, share, discuss, and learn their
preferred business skills or the entire business process.

Product: Product is the most vital step for the business as it is the essential purpose of the
business. In this business, the product is the application software made for generation Z to
deliver business knowledge and interactions in the form of short videos, messages, status
updates, and many more (Bintaro et al. 2022). The services will be needed to make it smooth so
that people from android and IOS can access the application smoothly. Intelligent and attractive
outlook will be maintained based on the color preferences of Gen Z.
Price: Free access will be given to all gen Z so that some actual content can receive and utilize
in shaping their life. Other plans will be available where people can choose whether they want to
access a service for three months or six months or choose the subscriptions based on the services
they want to access (Gunawan and Sulaeman, 2020). Therefore, there are many scopes of getting
proper attention from the market where they can choose the app at their convenience.

Place: The application will be made to target online people who spend an enormous amount of
time and potentiality in surfing the internet. Therefore, the entire global citizens will be targeted
for the application so that people over the world can share their business perspectives to add
value to other's life.
Promotion: The significant way to promote this product is to choose digital marketing as it can
derive the entire market potentiality to the product globally. Digital marketing has eliminated all
the bars; therefore, accessing all the digital platforms available in the market as youtube,
Facebook, Twitter, tiktok, and other applications, to share product features and how they can
impact people as well as Generation Z life can be spread (Santos et al. 2022).
Recommended Strategies and Justification
Digital marketing consist the collection of the vast array of promotional and marketing strategies
which can be utilized to engage target potential market. It has changed the marketing industry by

allowing businesses to develop and structure the identity of the brand. "Search Engine
Optimization or SEO, Pay-per-click, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email
Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Affiliate Marketing" are the significant
key strategies of digital marketing that can be utilized for the marketing of the Zen Bizz
application (Room and O'Brien, 2021).

“Search Engine Optimization or SEO”
The SEO works with the initiatives of making the content become presented to the front page of
the search engine so that the business or the advertisement can grab the instant attention of the
market. Search engine operators' researches about the potential keywords to apply them during
the advertising process so that it can be spread into the target market. SEO involves numerous
variables, including the wording on the application's web pages, the method other websites link
to it, and the layout of the website (Jokonya and Mugisha, 2019). It is essential to realize that the
major challenges of SEO is to depend upon the search results of the people about which factors
are getting researched therefore those queries can bring the attention of those consumers as well
as the users of the Generation Z which are the major target population for the promotion of the
Zen Bizz software application.
It is essential to realize that one of the challenges of SEO is always to be dependent on search
engines and their most recent algorithm. The essential factors of SEO are discussed below-

“Content indexing” – It can enable the efficacy of search engine platforms to read and analyses
the materials from the website, and it includes links within the text and attached link with the
pictures so that related content can be clicked by the consumers.
“Good link structure”: Search engines are capable of analyzing and vising a website's system
in order to easily identify all of its content. An SEO expert may format and generate "links,
URLs, and sitemaps" so that visitors can be attracted in multiple ways to the activities (Vieira et
al. 2021).
"Keywords and keyword targeting" - Properly implementing the keywords associated with the
service software — i.e., the search phrases for which the employer needs the user's website to
appear — inside the material and headers is one of the essential aspects of keyword optimization.

“Pay-Per-Click (PPC)”
Paid placements in search results and advertisements were what was meant by "pay-per-click."
This is a temporary method of digital advertising; once the company stops paying for it, the ad
disappears. Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is another strategy for boosting a business' visibility
in search engines (Al-azzam and Al-Mizeed, 2021). The term "pay-per-click" can be used to
describe a variety of online advertising formats, including those found at the sides and top of
search engine results pages, during web browsing, prior to YouTube videos, and in mobile apps.
As a result, it's safe to assume that this software has a good chance of reaching Generation Z and
expanding its user base.
“Social Media Marketing and Promotion”
This marketing procedure comprises all of a company's social media efforts to retain the
attention of the target market. Social media is familiar to most people, but marketers must
integrate and strategize social marketing to capitalise on the huge market potential. Social media
marketing can direct the massive market focus. Before executing the new SCM plan, analyse the
page's social media post performance to give the audience context. In 2021, according to Statista,
88% of industry professionals cited an increase in their company's exposure as the primary
benefit of social media marketing. 79% of companies cited increased website traffic as the most
significant advantage. Therefore, this scope can be beneficial for the marketing activities of the
Zen Bizz application in the global market.
There are also various free alternatives to Instagram and Twitter for spreading the news about the
application, such as “Google My Business, eBay, and Facebook Messenger Marketplace are
other alternatives” that can also derive market reach to the application. Apart from this it can be
concluded that, “social media marketing” can be defined as the most significant and complex
process compare to the maintenance of “personal Facebook or Twitter account”. It needs a high
combination of “creative thought and data-driven, objective planning” to attract the attention of
generation Z people.
“Content Advertising”

Content marketing leverages storylines and information transmission to increase brand
awareness. The final goal is to persuade the reader to become a Zen Bizz customer by requesting
more information, subscribing to an email list, or completing a transaction. The term "content"
can refer to, among other things, blog entries, resources such as white papers and e-books, digital
films, and podcasts (Martínez-López and D'Alessandro, 2020). Before advertising the brand or
seeking to produce a sale, it should typically provide value to the consumer. Content marketing
entails creating a long-term, trustworthy relationship with target customers that can result in
repeated sales over time, as opposed to a single transaction.
The analytics for content marketing can provide a wealth of information about customers,
including what they are seeking when they visit a website, Facebook page, blog, or application,
and what types of content encourage longer visits and further exploration versus those that cause
them to lose interest and abandon the site. This marketing method provides the analytics
necessary to determine the application software's generation Z marketing strategies.
“Email Marketing”
Email marketing is still highly effective, even with the proliferation of "social media," mobile
apps, and other platforms. It can be incorporated into a content marketing strategy to provide
value to the customers and gradually turn site visitors into paying customers. Professionals in
email marketing, as outlined by the "American Marketing Association," are capable of creating
not only appealing campaigns, but also of understanding optimal audience outreach and being
dexterous at tracking consumer interactions and information and strategic initiatives based on
available information (Desai and Vidyapeeth, 2019). Therefore, sharing emails to potential
consumers after deriving their email id from the application of the click funnels can enhance the
chances of growing in the market, specifically in the generation Z market for the application.
There are a number of things that can be done to utilise the complete efficacy of this process.
These steps have been discussed below-
“Develop a Sensation of Urgency” – The amount of clicks to a site may increase if an email
advises subscribers that there is a limited time to get involved in a particular deal or that there are
a small handful of offers available.

“Customization of the Email” - It has been found that include the user's name in email textual
content and message body content increases click-through and open rates.
“Permit Recipients to Establish Preferences” – Allowing users to choose how often they want
to hear from the page regarding the application and business-related news can help retain certain
email subscribers and clicks.
“Mobile Marketing”
Generation Z, the target demographic for this type of digital marketing, is reached through one-
on-one interactions with consumers via their "mobile devices. Texting, social media, websites,
mobile applications, and email" are all excellent channels for reaching the customers of
generation Z through mobile marketing. When a customer enters a store or an event, for instance,
marketers may tailor ads and content to the specific location and time of the client's visit.
In a Statista research conducted in February of 2022, 46% of participants said they spent five or
more hours a day on their mobile phones. In addition, 22% admit to using their phones for more
than 3 hours every day. Online shopping has grown rapidly in recent years, to the point where it
is now an established and important element of the retail sector all over the globe. In 2021,
smartphone users will account for 70 percent of all visits to retail websites, and sales through
digital channels are expected to rise to more than $4.2 trillion in 2020, as reported by Statista
(Statista.com, 2023). So, if the speculation is correct, it may also be useful in promoting the
expansion of the app.
“Marketing Research or Analytics”
The ability to measure and track digital marketing's success is a key feature. In the past, coupons
and other direct mail offers were the only form of marketing collateral that could be traced back
to a specific consumer action (the coupon's redemption). Thanks to analytics, modern marketers
can track their audience's every move, from the number of times they click a link to the length of
time they spend on a website or even how often they open an email. As a means of assessing the
viability of the market for Zen Bizz promotional activities, marketers need to have a firm grasp
on what the data represents and how it should inform strategy (Wasiat and Bertuah, 2022).
Sometimes it can feel like you're trying to drink from a fire hose when you're trying to digest all

the data available on the efficacy of digital marketing. This not only helps marketers learn what
resonates with their target audience so they can adapt their future campaigns, but it also
demonstrates the value they bring to the company. The ability to understand this wealth of
information and use it to inform strategic decisions sets digital marketers apart from their more
traditional peers.

Depending on their objectives and their intended audience, many digital marketers will apply a
mix of the many available approaches for tracking the success of their campaigns. As one of the
most widely used marketing analytics tools, “Google Analytics” may be set up in an almost
limitless variety of ways to track data including the site's popularity, the keywords that bring
visitors and the users' journeys across the site (Hartanto et al. 2022). Marketers may "fail
quickly" by ditching underperforming projects and building more effective commercials on the
backs of proven ideas, allowing them to tap on generation Z's greater potential. Over time, the

application will not only use analytics to measure the success of the organizational efforts of
promoting the good attributes of the application in the market but also guide and enhance them.
“Affiliate Promotion”
Affiliate marketing can be considered as the influencer marketing which has been accumulated
appreciation and popularity in the activities of the generation Z. It has the capacity to bridge the
gap between activities of the business and its target market potentialities. It has become possible
due to the excessive usage of the internet in multiple fields of marketing and business. It has
been utilizing the growing and developing popularity of industry experts and influencers, which
is rising (Nyagadza, 2020). Zen Bizz can cooperate with the influencers in the making process of
a promotional campaign to spread the features or services. This new and innovative marketing
process has become excessively practical due to its traffic-driven activities and generating sales
from that over the past few years, as “new platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and
blogs have become the huge sources of entertainment to the generation Z. In 2022, the affiliate
marketing sector reached nearly a valuation of $12 billion. Therefore, it also can be the way
through which the features of the application can be shared with the potential market, and they
can subscribe to the services.
Implementation of Digital Marketing Strategies
To acquire the enormous attention of generation Z, it is necessary to use more than one way to
reach consumers. Therefore, as previously discussed, in all possible ways to promote the
application in the market, social media marketing or promotion, content marketing, and market
analytics can drive the maximum potential from the global market. The international reach can
be accumulated, and the domestic reach can be tracked through analytics. Application analytics
can allow access to real-time analysis of the market condition of the application through the
visualization of data, which in turn provides data on the performance of an application. The IT
operations, the customer experience, and the business outcomes are all covered by the
application insights analytics (Silvia, 2019). It is essential to do data analytics to comprehend the
patterns and tendencies that emerge from the enormous amounts of information currently being
collected. It can contribute to the optimization of the application’s corporate performance, the
forecasting of future outcomes, the comprehension of audiences, and the reduction of costs.

Furthermore, social media marketing can help in accessing and communicating with the target
audience immensely. Therefore, digital marketing effectiveness can help in building a brand in
the market. Managing proficiency and proper interactions with the consumers or users can derive
proximity to the growth of the Zen Bizz application. Therefore, by accessing every scope to
connect with generation Z, the application can create its popularity base as it is authentic and
does not have any existing competitors in the market. The broad aspects of generation Z will be
able to thrive, and the tech company which has produced the application can also generate
massive profitability in the market.
Conclusion
Research has been done on the new application's marketing approach, which has been planned
for Generation Z. It has been found that they are too addicted to technological advancements.
They prefer to use social media compared to the other traditional methods of interacting.
Therefore, the digital platform has tremendous capabilities to enter the generation Z market. It
has a vast population that can be adhered to for the promotion of the authentic application Zen
Bizz which is an application that has been planned to deliver knowledge about entrepreneurship

and scopes to share their business-related thoughts on worldwide platforms. It can acces social
media users and also can attract short video creators so that they can receive the scope to
generate new business and can be enriched to build up their individual entrepreneurship journey.
It can be concluded that the effective use of promotional and marketing techniques can make the
application globally appreciated and valued, specifically can drive access and attention from
generation Z.

They are excessively dependent on technical improvements, it has been discovered. Compared to more conventional forms of communication, they favour social media.   • 5. 3 Introduction and Background People who belong to “Generation Z” can be defined as self-driven and far more innovative compared to millennials. They are concerned about the surrounding world and want to engage in diverse communities to gather scopes of elevating their life. After judging the typical characteristics of generation Z, an application can be suggested to meet all their enthusiasm and demand. The application will be able to deliver both business-oriented perspectives and social interactions as well. Business enthusiast people or entrepreneurs who want guidance in pursuing their career path with new scopes of inventory (Jarrar et al. 2020). The app will connect them smoothly as entrepreneurs, or people who want to learn about business can join the application and upload their points of view and perspectives in the form of short videos. Furthermore, they can share their ideas and opinions in status, interact with people in that post, and communicate with each other personally. Another section will be added to the application to teach and develop them for the entrepreneurship journey. Business requires excessive knowledge and learning about how to shape the inventory, collect funding, and make a successful business from an idea. The name that can be given to the application is “Gen Bizz,” as it elaborates the scope and connection in the global perspectives, and people from multiple backgrounds, races, and cultures can join there to learn and share their business enthusiasm. The report aims to add opportunities and growth to Gen Z so that their tendency to surf the internet and engage in short videos can be altered into positive habits. The report has discussed the possible steps to analyze the market situation for this new application and which strategies can be appropriate for emphasizing the application in the market. The rationale for the application “People of Generation Z” tends to adore being highly social and collaborative and prioritize relevance, flexibility, nonhierarchical leadership, and authenticity. Generally, internet surfing and watching short videos become considered bad habits and waste necessary time (Olson et al. 2021). The new application “Gen Bizz” wants to alter the aspects of time wastage into beneficial scopes for them to connect with the worldwide business and excel profoundly in the global market. The members of Generation Z believe that they are more tolerant and open-minded than members of any previous generation. Comparatively, only 22% of Baby Boomers are members
  • 6. 4 of a minority group, whereas nearly half of the members of Gen Z are members of a minority group (Rani, 2019). Additionally, most members of Gen Z promote social organizations such as "Black Lives Matter, transgender rights, and climate change." The “members of Generation Z” are dependent on technology and are incapable of dealing with face-to-face encounters. The generation known as "Gen Z" is notorious for being the first age with no distinct memory of a period before the Internet. They adhere to the principle of pragmatism and place high importance on direct communication, sincerity, and relevance. They also value taking care of themselves. Because they are so accustomed to obtaining what they require on their own, they may be more prone than older individuals who were around when they were approximately the same age as Gen Z’s to challenge rules and authority (Civelek et al. 2020). This is because Gen Zers are accustomed to obtaining what they require independently. Therefore, they are interested in doing something authentically to adhere to the sense of freedom in conducting their professional activities. As a result of being raised with the internet and other digital technologies, people of this age group have a greater propensity than those of other age groups to spend significant amounts of time online (Dwivedi et al. 2020). Research has shown that more than half of members of Generation Z (55%) use their cell phones for at least five hours each day, and more than a third (31%) of them report feeling uneasy if they are separated from their devices for even thirty minutes or less.

A survey conducted among Gen Z customers in China in 2022 revealed that fifty percent of those polled indicated they could not possibly conceive of living alone without the internet. In comparison, only 34 percent of respondents in Thailand held the same opinion in the year 2022 (Statista.com, 2023). Therefore, the initiative to make an application that can add value to Gen Z is necessary as their habits can be altered into the habits of engaging in business learning and learning about entrepreneurship. It also signifies the vast possibilities and potentialities that belong in the market, as Gen Z is the primary target of this application.

It has been estimated that nearly "66.8 million people” in the United Kingdom in 2019, and among them, "there were approximately 12.6 million people (18.8%) in Generation Z”, which defined the age group “born between 1997 and 2012” (Statista.com, 2023). In terms of the number of different countries of origin represented, “Generation Z” comprises the most varied cohort in the “European Union.”These entire statistics represent huge possibilities to acquire a considerable population for the new application. The application will be presented to Gen Z with the help of entirely digital marketing. It can open immense business scopes to reach the target market as they are available in social media rather than any other traditional medium. The process to appeal to its target segment The target segment is the massive population of Generation Z, who are available worldwide and have shared their technology-based or internet-based lifestyles. Therefore, the digital method is

With a cumulative economic output of "more than 143 billion USD and an anticipated population of 2.56 billion" people worldwide, Gen Z provides the massive potential for companies attempting to expand their operations (statista.com, 2023). This current generation is influenced heavily by social media and the internet because they have grown up with both technology solutions. To access the target segment channel will be made through which the service content will be featured to them. A website is the most critical option for delivering new updates about the processing of the application. Therefore, promoting websites to attract high traffic can be a beneficial way to reach the market. Besides, creating profiles on all the available social networking platforms, such as making videos about the scopes and benefits the application can add to the target population, can derive great attention from the market (Ayush et al. 2020). As no such products are available in the market, there are high scopes of adhering entire market potentiality. Furthermore, making short and precise videos can attract them more, and the champion authenticity of the application will be able to gather access from the market. Besides, endorsement from successful influencers can access their vast fan base, which is another way to reach Gen Z. 4P-Marketing Mix The significant elements of the “marketing mix” are “Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.” Business prefers these four elements of the marketing mix to create effective marketing strategies and plan so that effective business plan can be made to reach the target market. Gen Bizz is software that represents the capacity of being a video platform as well as a learning and interaction platform where entrepreneurs can communicate, share, discuss, and learn their preferred business skills or the entire business process. The services will be needed to make it smooth so that people from android and IOS can access the application smoothly. Intelligent and attractive outlook will be maintained based on the color preferences of Gen Z. Price: Free access will be given to all gen Z so that some actual content can receive and utilize in shaping their life. Other plans will be available where people can choose whether they want to access a service for three months or six months or choose the subscriptions based on the services they want to access (Gunawan and Sulaeman, 2020). Therefore, there are many scopes of getting proper attention from the market where they can choose the app at their convenience.

Promotion: The significant way to promote this product is to choose digital marketing as it can derive the entire market potentiality to the product globally. Digital marketing has eliminated all the bars; therefore, accessing all the digital platforms available in the market as youtube, Facebook, Twitter, tiktok, and other applications, to share product features and how they can impact people as well as Generation Z life can be spread (Santos et al. 2022). Recommended Strategies and Justification Digital marketing consist the collection of the vast array of promotional and marketing strategies which can be utilized to engage target potential market. It has changed the marketing industry by

"Search Engine Optimization or SEO, Pay-per-click, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Affiliate Marketing" are the significant key strategies of digital marketing that can be utilized for the marketing of the Zen Bizz application (Room and O'Brien, 2021). Search engine operators' researches about the potential keywords to apply them during the advertising process so that it can be spread into the target market. SEO involves numerous variables, including the wording on the application's web pages, the method other websites link to it, and the layout of the website (Jokonya and Mugisha, 2019). It is essential to realize that the major challenges of SEO is to depend upon the search results of the people about which factors are getting researched therefore those queries can bring the attention of those consumers as well as the users of the Generation Z which are the major target population for the promotion of the Zen Bizz software application. It is essential to realize that one of the challenges of SEO is always to be dependent on search engines and their most recent algorithm. The essential factors of SEO are discussed below-

An SEO expert may format and generate "links, URLs, and sitemaps" so that visitors can be attracted in multiple ways to the activities (Vieira et al. 2021). "Keywords and keyword targeting" - Properly implementing the keywords associated with the service software — i.e., the search phrases for which the employer needs the user's website to appear — inside the material and headers is one of the essential aspects of keyword optimization. This is a temporary method of digital advertising; once the company stops paying for it, the ad disappears. Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is another strategy for boosting a business' visibility in search engines (Al-azzam and Al-Mizeed, 2021). The term "pay-per-click" can be used to describe a variety of online advertising formats, including those found at the sides and top of search engine results pages, during web browsing, prior to YouTube videos, and in mobile apps. As a result, it's safe to assume that this software has a good chance of reaching Generation Z and expanding its user base. “Social Media Marketing and Promotion” This marketing procedure comprises all of a company's social media efforts to retain the attention of the target market. Social media is familiar to most people, but marketers must integrate and strategize social marketing to capitalise on the huge market potential. Social media marketing can direct the massive market focus. Before executing the new SCM plan, analyse the page's social media post performance to give the audience context. In 2021, according to Statista, 88% of industry professionals cited an increase in their company's exposure as the primary benefit of social media marketing. 79% of companies cited increased website traffic as the most significant advantage. Therefore, this scope can be beneficial for the marketing activities of the Zen Bizz application in the global market. There are also various free alternatives to Instagram and Twitter for spreading the news about the application, such as “Google My Business, eBay, and Facebook Messenger Marketplace are other alternatives” that can also derive market reach to the application. Apart from this it can be concluded that, “social media marketing” can be defined as the most significant and complex process compare to the maintenance of “personal Facebook or Twitter account”. It needs a high combination of “creative thought and data-driven, objective planning” to attract the attention of generation Z people. “Content Advertising”

The final goal is to persuade the reader to become a Zen Bizz customer by requesting more information, subscribing to an email list, or completing a transaction. The term "content" can refer to, among other things, blog entries, resources such as white papers and e-books, digital films, and podcasts (Martínez-López and D'Alessandro, 2020). Before advertising the brand or seeking to produce a sale, it should typically provide value to the consumer. Content marketing entails creating a long-term, trustworthy relationship with target customers that can result in repeated sales over time, as opposed to a single transaction. The analytics for content marketing can provide a wealth of information about customers, including what they are seeking when they visit a website, Facebook page, blog, or application, and what types of content encourage longer visits and further exploration versus those that cause them to lose interest and abandon the site. This marketing method provides the analytics necessary to determine the application software's generation Z marketing strategies. “Email Marketing” Email marketing is still highly effective, even with the proliferation of "social media," mobile apps, and other platforms. It can be incorporated into a content marketing strategy to provide value to the customers and gradually turn site visitors into paying customers. Professionals in email marketing, as outlined by the "American Marketing Association," are capable of creating not only appealing campaigns, but also of understanding optimal audience outreach and being dexterous at tracking consumer interactions and information and strategic initiatives based on available information (Desai and Vidyapeeth, 2019). Therefore, sharing emails to potential consumers after deriving their email id from the application of the click funnels can enhance the chances of growing in the market, specifically in the generation Z market for the application. There are a number of things that can be done to utilise the complete efficacy of this process. These steps have been discussed below- “Develop a Sensation of Urgency” – The amount of clicks to a site may increase if an email advises subscribers that there is a limited time to get involved in a particular deal or that there are a small handful of offers available.

Texting, social media, websites, mobile applications, and email" are all excellent channels for reaching the customers of generation Z through mobile marketing. When a customer enters a store or an event, for instance, marketers may tailor ads and content to the specific location and time of the client's visit. In a Statista research conducted in February of 2022, 46% of participants said they spent five or more hours a day on their mobile phones. In addition, 22% admit to using their phones for more than 3 hours every day. Online shopping has grown rapidly in recent years, to the point where it is now an established and important element of the retail sector all over the globe. In 2021, smartphone users will account for 70 percent of all visits to retail websites, and sales through digital channels are expected to rise to more than $4.2 trillion in 2020, as reported by Statista (Statista.com, 2023). So, if the speculation is correct, it may also be useful in promoting the expansion of the app. “Marketing Research or Analytics” The ability to measure and track digital marketing's success is a key feature. In the past, coupons and other direct mail offers were the only form of marketing collateral that could be traced back to a specific consumer action (the coupon's redemption). Thanks to analytics, modern marketers can track their audience's every move, from the number of times they click a link to the length of time they spend on a website or even how often they open an email. As a means of assessing the viability of the market for Zen Bizz promotional activities, marketers need to have a firm grasp on what the data represents and how it should inform strategy (Wasiat and Bertuah, 2022). As one of the most widely used marketing analytics tools, “Google Analytics” may be set up in an almost limitless variety of ways to track data including the site's popularity, the keywords that bring visitors and the users' journeys across the site (Hartanto et al. 2022). Marketers may "fail quickly" by ditching underperforming projects and building more effective commercials on the backs of proven ideas, allowing them to tap on generation Z's greater potential. Over time, the
