     business and achieve business targets.
    Evolving market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve targets; meanwhile interacting with
     the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction.
    Managing customer-centric operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to delivery and service

       Since Jan’2010 with Baruanagar Tea Estates Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata as Area Business Manager

    Coordinating and liaisoning with Regional office of Modern Trade Partners for smooth running of modern
     trade operations and ensuring desirable optimum output from the store level manpower.

Significant Highlights:
    Assesed the training and development needs of the team and then provided on job class room training to
     the Subordinates on essential parameters of their job including Company Objectives, Products, Pricing,
     Company Systems and Procedures, Customer Approach, Presentation and Merchandising.
    Streamlining Market Intelligence initiatives for new store openings and chains to ensure availability of the

    Directed complete Modern Retail Trade Management for start-up specialty Packet Tea (Konyak Tea),

    Recruited a Sales Team, established Performance Metrics, introduced an industry-high commission

    Spearheaded the launch of a whole new line of 250g, 50g & 100g Assam CTC, Leaf Tea and Loose tea in 30
     Kg pack at the General trade and negotiated a strategic partnership agreement with Future Group for
