- 8. Firstly, in the job field, they can get new experience that is really valuable in their life. Sometimes the experience is the best teacher. Only few students can get a chance to have a job in the study time. In addition, in the job field, they also socialize with many people having different characteristics, so they will have experience how to face such kind of people. Automatically this is really helpful in their social interaction.
