These officers work on various documents in many different languages, mainly English, Spanish and Portuguese. For business reasons, these officers need to efficiently identify relevant SMEs located anywhere in the world on various topics of current interest as per the current tasks at hand. But it’s not easy to know whom to reach out to and where. The goal of the BIDi project is to solve such knowledge management problems in a simple and efficient manner using AI based technologies.
