Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is the process by which, customer can
shift to another operator of his choice, but keeps his old number. The
study aims to identify how Airtel market share will increase.

• 50% respondents said Airtel service is good,16% said Average,10%
said Airtel service is very good,14% said below average.
• 50% respondents said Airtel has better Network, only 14% said Airtel
has competitive Tariff.20 % respondents said Airtel is good brand.
• 20 % respondents said increase trade scheme,20 said give better tariff,
and 40% said about service improvement.
• Airtel takes opinion about network from customers on network sites, it
helps Airtel for providing good network.
• Airtel gives good facility to Customers, like 24hours Customer oriented
call centers, and new ideas based/economical/aggressive service offers
for increasing the sale.

•Conclusions
• We studied about the MNP in Noida Circle, Airtel has a good network,
good service, affordable tariff, due to which more than 60% customers
are satisfied.
• Airtel has a teamwork that provides good service to the customer.
