KEY QUESTIONS
➲   Teacher begins the lesson by asking the
    key questions.
➲   Pupils stop, think and reflect on questions.
    Students work in pairs and help each other
    answering the questions.
➲   K.Q. are an useful tool for pupils (they think
    about important points of the lesson) and
    also for teachers (they can check their
    pupils' improvement and if their strategies
    work or not).
➲   It is a good way to help pupils learning to
    learn.
NO HANDS UP POLICY
➲   We use traffic lights to show the general
    understanding: Green I'm happy and
    confident, I can do the exercise, I
    understand it all. Ambar I am not absolutely
    sure. Red I have got no idea, I don't get it.
➲   Children do not like putting their hands up,
    so teacher needs to ask them questions.
    They can pass the question to a classmate.
    If they do not know it. All the class take an
    active part on it.
➲   AIM: Everyone can climb the subject's
    goals. Teacher does not leave behind the
    pupils.
