The interviewee is a 23-year-old health science student who graduated in December 2012 and spent 3 months looking for work before finding a job at a clinic. She felt unprepared for the job search process after graduating and wishes she had utilized her university's career resources and required a career class. She was afraid of the transition out of school and into the workforce. While in school, she loved the flexible hours of night classes but was scared to finish her degree, as school was familiar. She realized after graduating that she had no idea how to conduct a job search effectively and felt lost without clear career goals.
