Description
The limit button installed at upper and lower limit of ascent reduces ascending speed by force.
This device, installed at upper and lower limit of ascent, stops the entire functions of crane, once it activates.
The limit button which operates on certain segment of traveling path reduces traveling speed by force,
if activated.
The limit button that operates at traveling both ends stops traveling if activated.
If the limit button for travel stop fails, the device Prevents deviation of both ends by mechanical stopper.
If travel and ascent operate at a place away from correct location,
the device display Abnormality and stops the operation.
If the proximity sensor installed at fork activates, fork comes to a stop.
If the sensors at both ends of fork fail, the mechanical stoppers at both ends stop the fork.
If fork is not at the center, travel and ascent operation does not go on.
If operation is not completed within certain period after start of ascent and travel,
the device displays abnormality and stops operation.
If fork does not return to the center within certain period after start of operation,
the device displays abnormality and stops operation.
If the product on fork is not sensed after completion of crane product loading operation,

A Warehouse Management System handles various tasks ranging from Data Management, Machine Control and Reporting Tools at both
Operations and System level. The WMS is a modular design best suited to facilitate customization depending on the warehouse operations
of Client.
The WMS is full featured standalone software for warehouse operations, where all the functionalities are independent of other existing

5.1 General
Supplier shall train Owner's technical personnel at the project site during test operation and commissioning of the project as per the
program & schedule proposed. The further training which may be required by User or may exceed over the proposed training period due to
the Owner's own reason shall be carried out at the cost of the User.

Training Schedule 5.1 General Supplier shall train Owner's technical personnel at the project site during test operation and commissioning of the project as per the program & schedule proposed. The further training which may be required by User or may exceed over the proposed training period due to the Owner's own reason shall be carried out at the cost of the User. 5.2 Proposed Training Program The training will cover the necessary skills for operation and maintenance of the project. As a part of the training, Supplier's personnel will instruct Owner's operators the procedures of checking out pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of the project.
