The company has successfully supplied over 15 countries with machinery and turnkey plants. They have extensive infrastructure including a design center, factory, and pilot plant for testing samples. - 2. About us: • We are a professionally managed company engaged in manufacture and supply of complete turnkey plants in seed, grain and spices processing. Various functions of the company like Finance, administration, R&D, Production and marketing, are neatly divided between the promoters of the company who are highly qualified and experienced in their respective areas of work. • Company management is ably supported by a strong team of engineers, designers, fabricators and project technicians. Total of more than 35 people. • Our company is more than 10 years old (incorporated in the year 2005 as a proprietorship firm and converted to private limited in March 2015), we have aproprietorship firm and converted to private limited in March 2015), we have a successful track record of several turnkey plants and several hundred individual machines. • We have already supplied and installed our machinery/plants in more than 15 countries. • We are an innovation driven company which invests a considerable amount in R & D for developing new machines and processing or custom designing the same for our valued clients. • We have multiple seats of ‘Solid edge’ 3D design software for better visibility of the project and faster design times with better results.
- 3. Promoters of the company: • Mr. Anil V. Thakore: Founder and Chairman He has been in the field of agro processing industries and machinery manufacturing since 1985. He holds a diploma in agriculture from U.K and B.sc, agriculture from University of the West Indies- Trinidad. His specialization is in Dairy technology and tropical agriculture. He has worked at very senior levels at N.D.D.B, before starting his own business in 1985. He has received extensive training and know how from ‘Forsberg Inc- U.S.A’, in their grain processing, dry solid separation machinery and also played a pioneering role in promoting their machinery in India for more than 30 years. • Mr. Amit Pandya: Director (Technical and marketing) He is a mechanical engineer with advanced qualifications in tool making and plastics processing. He has worked with American and European companies in the field of plasticsprocessing. He has worked with American and European companies in the field of plastics processing machinery and turnkey projects before becoming a part of this company in March 2015. • Mr. Avinash Manchanda: Director (Advising and strategic planning) He has a vast entrepreneurial experience having promoted and successfully run various business entities across sectors. He holds and B. Tech in Agriculture Engineering from I.I.T-Kharagpur. Prior to this he successfully promoted and ran a public limited company in oil and gas space. • Mr. Miten Manchanda: Director (Finance and Administration). He has vast experience in oil and gas sector in the area of project management and business development with hands on experience in that space. He holds ad B.Sc degree in Statistics and has a post graduate diploma in software engineering.
- 4. Our people-our strength:Our people-our strength: • Our team strength is more than thirty five people. These are highly trained and experienced staff and a majority of them are associated with the company since the very inception. We have experienced 3D/2D designers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and production engineers in our staff and our production team is also qualified and experienced in all kinds of machining, fabrication and erection activities. • We are known to have delivered single machines in as little as five days and full projects in fifteen days due to the strength, dedication and efficiency of our team. • Our site erection and commissioning team is also highly experienced with fast and trouble free track record in India as well as abroad.

Infrastructure: • We are located in one of the oldest and largest industrial areas in Vadodara-Gujarat, which gives us tremendous advantage in terms of supplier base and speed of delivery. • Our plant covers an area of 11,000 sqft., with well organized and separated sections for offices, assembly, stores, machining, fabrication, grinding and painting.grinding and painting. • We have multiple seats of ‘Solid-Edge’, 3D design software from Siemens, which enables us to have better visualization and control over designing of large projects and also improves our response time. • We have a strong supplier base of Laser cutting, CNC turret punching, CNC machining, grinding, powder coating, heat treatment etc., within the same industrial estate. Many of these suppliers are working with us since the very beginning.
