- 4. Our Technology – Casting – • Induction Furnace – Alidia Industion Furnance with a of Capacity 2.5 Tons Per Day Total of 62.5 tonnes in a Month. We are committed to sustainable business & eco friendly process of manufacturing. Use of electrical induction reduces pollution considerably. • Core Shooter – Shusha Automatic & IMR core shooter with capability to deliver premixed sand cores required for hollow casting in faucet industry. This enhances the casting finish of our products as compared to conventional cores.

Our Technology – Tool Room • To reduce the development cycle time we have Tool Room Installed in our in house facility. • Tool Room helps us in real time control over various production requirements like – development & repairs of tools casting accessories like dye , core box etc. • Tool Room enables us in doing in house R&D Also • Our Tool room is equipped with all the required machineries like - • Lathes • Tool Grinders • Milling • Drilling • Cutters • Pneumatic Grinders & Many More.
- 7. Our Technology – Grinding & Polishing • Grinders – 10 Nos. • Polishers – 18 Nos • We use quality consumables for the polishing & grinding to deliver best of the finish.
- 8. Our Technology – Plating • Electroplating For Brass – 8 K Bodies Per Day We use standard material for plating from – Growell for plating process. We have proper labs to test thickness & Quality of plating.
- 9. Our Quality Control Delivering quality standard product is our prime focus when it comes to design manufacturing process. Our QA inspector keeps a close eye on the required parameters during all the stages of manufacturing process. Control measure are take to reduce the rejection, deviations from dimensions. we develop our tools & casting accessories on VMC that helps us in maintaining required dim sessions of the product. Core from Core Shooter delivers uniform wall thickness while casting. VMC based tools helps us in maintaining machining sizes Regular QA checks helps us in reduction of defects. Water leakage is fully checked as per desired parameter by our leakage testing machine.
- 10. Our Assembly & packaging We have modern build assembly and packaging lines with qualified and experienced staff to insure assembly fittings are done properly We use standard packaging material as desired by client to pack the product so that they reach to our client without any defect.
