This lesson plan is aimed at elementary students in the first through fifth grades learning basic Spanish words and phrases. The students will all be Caucasian, with 10 boys and 12 girls, and two have hyperactivity disorder. Through interactive activities using music, games, and pictures, the students will learn how to introduce themselves on Mondays, colors and classroom items on Tuesdays, family members and months on Wednesdays, days of the week and numbers and body parts on Thursdays, and review games on Fridays. Race, gender, and learning style will not impact the lesson plan.
