The document proposes a "Bat Cave" framework for short-term project work at a Center of Excellence (CoE). Under this framework, the CoE would have "hills" led by "Hill Keepers" for periods of up to two quarters. - 5. Bat Cave: StructureUnder Bat Cave, Center of Excellence has “hills” and each hill has a leader called -“Hill Keeper”Hill Keeper is in charge of the hill for maximum of two quarters. Hill keeper must either close the hill or chose to pass the baton to someone else. Hill trading is allowed once.Health of the hill is determined by number of “caves” in the hill.
