Before Entering the world of Knowledge Management

This document provides information about an organization called the Intellectual Capital Associates (ICA) that focuses on knowledge management. ICA was developed by some business administration students to research branches of knowledge management like CRM, BI, PKM, and OKM. The group has attended the first national KM conference in Iran and organized a seminar on introducing knowledge management. Future programs mentioned by ICA include publishing a 2-week paper on KM and presenting on personal knowledge management. Contact information is provided.
