Bauer International Corporation is engaged in the design, manufacture, supply, installation of water treatment systems for a with range of application. BIC water incorporate membrane technologies to meet the diversed needs of industries, municipalities, commercial institutions, utilities and agriculture. System applications include potable water production, industrial process, boiler feed water, waste treatment and reclamation. BIC water has designed, manufactured and installed some of the RO plants in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Dominican Republic, Chile, and the Philippines.

- 7. Products and Services BIC will develop advanced method water treatment for industrial applications where the high quality water is required especially in power plant industries. Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange and Electro deionization in various configurations are adapted among others to produce the required quality.

- 32. Competitive Comparison The product prices shall be the most economical in the market. The products shall be user friendly with less downtime and maintenance. BIC will not sell the products at a higher price just because of the service. BIC shall develop technology without an efficiency greater than the equipment previously used.
