- 2. Create an Account/Login to Blabberize:
- 3. Click on Make a Blabber Find a Picture click Browse 2) Find the picture you want on your computer 3) Click on the picture 4) Click the Open button
- 4. 5) Use the pink buttons to crop the picture 6) Click the arrow to move on
- 5. 7) Use the circles to position your Blabber mouth Try to line up the Blabber mouth with the lower lip of the character in your picture The big green button points to the place where your character’s jaw will move ● Use the pink buttons to add or remove a mouth ● Click the arrow to move on
- 6. 8) Record your message using: Microphone Upload a sound file
- 7. To record your message: Click the red button to start and stop recording Click the X to delete your recording Click the arrow to play your recording Click OK to move on
- 8. Click: Save to keep your Blabberize video Edit the Scene to make changes to your work Make Another Scene to create a new Blabberize video
- 9. Be sure to: Give your Blabberize video a title Type in a description for your video Add some tags for your video Set your Blabberize video to private Click Save
- 10. Sharing your video: Click on Share It Copy and share the URL for your work Or 3) Copy and paste the code to embed your work in a webpage
- 11. Converting to Video: Click I Want This on Video Click Yes Convert Now Download your video to your computer, a CD, or a flash drive
- 12. NOTES: Once a Blabberize video is completed only the title, description and tags may be changed 2) To see the videos that you have already made click on the My Stuff button To Remove a video click the Delete link 4) To convert a Blabberize to video click Convert to Video

- #2: An account is required to use Blabberize; fake email addresses will work; and the Google email trick of account+studentname@gmail.com will also work. Students under the age of 13 should get a parent or guardian’s permission to create an account with Blabberize.

- #4: NOTE: images need to be .jpg, .gif, or .png file formats; others such as .bmp or .tiff won’t upload properly
- #7: NOTE: uploaded files may be a maximum of 2 mb in size (about 30 seconds) and MUST be either .wav or .mp3 format. You can use Audacity to record. The cell phone feature has a LOT of quirks and performance issues. Using the microphone is the best bet for recording a message.
- #8: Note the buttons in the lower left corner of the Blabberize screen; these buttons allow you to choose a different picture, crop it, add or remove mouths from your pictures, add sound recordings to your picture and preview your picture
- #10: Setting your Blabberize video as private prevents it from appearing on the browse list so it will not be seen by the general public just browsing through the Blabberize galleries and listings.
