Prospective Client Review Comprehensive review of an individual’s personal property and liability insurance program designed to: Identify exposures  Analyze existing insurance coverages Consider non-insurance risk management options Make recommendations and offer alternative insurance solutions that are broader in coverage and better in value
Client Account Management A dedicated Bollinger Private Client Group client executive is responsible for the service of our clients offering: Professional and responsive day to day account management  Scheduled service meetings including an annual renewal review meeting Updated summaries of insurance and proposals and an annual survey of the insurance marketplace Coordination and implementation of specialized risk management services
Annual Client Review One of the most important parts of our service platform is our annual client review where we will: Contact the client in advance of their anniversary date by invitation to offer to review their personal insurance program Hold a review meeting to discuss their current program offering them recommendations and alternatives that bring value Provide them with an annual summary of insurance
Claims Service In the event of a loss, a Bollinger Private Client Group claims advisor will work on behalf of our clients to help coordinate, manage, and settle any claim that arises throughout the year The insurance carriers represented by Bollinger Private Client Group offer some of the highest standards in claim settlement with over 95% of claims settled to the insured’s satisfaction

Biography – Victoria L. Boone Victoria began her career in the insurance industry in 1993 with a large local agency, eventually running the agency for 10 years as office manager.  Victoria attended law school in the evenings during this time period.  After graduating, Victoria moved into the high net worth niche’ of the insurance industry with a position at Marsh of Philadelphia.  She then moved to the JPMorgan Insurance Agency until it was sold in 2007.  Victoria has since worked with Bollinger Insurance in their Private Client Group Division.  Her focus continues to be identifying potential exposures for the complex insurance needs of families in this market and providing risk management solutions.
