- 6. Applications Controlled By Thoughts Gyroscope enables a cursor or camera to be controlled by head movements. The headset uses wi-fi to connect to a computer. Sensors respond to the impulses behind different thoughts; enabling the brain to influence gameplay directly. Conscious thoughts, facial expressions, and non-conscious emotions can all be detected.

Could the science read our brain and predict our future thoughts ? Could the science delete or record selective memories?
- 8. Advances x Limitations The brain is incredibly complex. To say that all thoughts or actions are the result of simple electric signals in the brain is a gross understatement. The signal is weak and interferences can happen. Read brain signals is like listening to a bad phone connection. There are chemical process involved as well, wich electrodes can’t pick up. A few companies are pioneers in the field of BCI. Most of them are still in the research stages, though a few products are offered commercially.
