Finding the right Business Model demands the inclusion of several
factors and the focus on value creation for customers

Customer focus is key
Fulfilling the customer demand in an appropriate
and better way than the competitor has to be at
the center of a new business idea.
Business Model adaption
Changing the business model after questioning
your key assumptions is crucial and expected to
happen continuously.
Getting out of the building
Discussion of new ideas within the start up
team is important, but it is even more so to
involve possible customers and ask them for
their opinion.
Do not get lost in details
We are still in our early stage of the development
of a profound business model. Discussion should
focus on a high-level view.
