The instructor will divide students into groups to answer inferencing questions and create stories. Students will then share their stories in new groups. Next, students will watch a video about Oscar Wilde's original story and complete a Venn diagram comparing their story to the original. Finally, students will create a found poem representing a character, theme, or setting from the story using words and phrases. The goal is for students to practice critical thinking, inferencing, storytelling, and comparing versions of the same story.
