SAPAGKAT, layunin ng Sangguniang Barangay at ng Barangay Peace and Order Council na maipatupad ang bawat programa na nakatala sa BPOPS PLAN. SAPAGKAT, nais ng Sangguniang Barangay na pangalagaan at ilayo sa paggamit ng illegal drugs ang mga kabataan, matulungan ang mga dating gumagamit ng ipinagbabawal na droga at mapanatili an katahimikan at kapayapaan sa barangay KUNG KAYA’T DAHIL DITO: PINAGPASIYAHAN AT PINAGTIBAY NG SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY NA I-ADOPT ANG BINUONG BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER PLAN NG PARA SA TAONG 2019- 2021 NG BARANGAY 06, MAMBURAO, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO.
