- 6. GENERAL CIRCULATION Every student can borrow 2 books for 2 days Fiction books 1 per student for 3 days SERIALS & PERIODICALS Journals, Magazine, Newspapers, etc. Exclusively for room use only! LIBRARY SECTIONS
- 7. MULTIMEDIA HALL This hall is a multi-function hall that caters to students for their by class viewing and interactive lectures. This hall is equipped with Transparency overhead projector, Desktop computer with LCD projector, and a Television set. It has a 50 persons seating capacity. LIBRARY SECTIONS
- 8. Patron Privileges Undergraduate students Maximum of 5 books per student 2 General Circulation 2 Filipiniana 1 Fiction book Graduate Students Maximum of 3 books for 1 week. Faculty 5 books for 1 month Staff 3 books for 1 week
- 9. OVERDUES 5 PESOS PER DAY EVERY BOOK HOLIDAYS & SUNDAYS NOT INCLUDED in the computation

- 14. Reminders The library is the first automated university library in Metro-Baguio area. Meaning, we don’t issue library card anymore since your University ID will serve as your Library card. So, please take extra care of your ID’s. The library is installed with CCTV cameras and Security alarm system for safety purposes. Library users must wear ID’s inside the library. Minimal voice must be observe inside the library. If you bring in snacks, make sure that you don’t spill liquid and foods on the books ( much better if you put in your bag or pocket and please don’t display on the table ). If you lost book/s, either you pay for the equivalent amount or replace it. Untoward behavior in the library is subject to sanction based on the student manual.
