Kicking off the home stretch before the election,
party throws a party as Obama accepts historic nomination
While all eyes were on Barack Obama, the convention was just an excuse to play for the Obama kids and Biden grandchildren.
Thousands of supporters packed Invesco Field on the last day of the
convention to watch Mr. Obama accept the nomination.
Sure, the convention was a chance to discuss the future of the country,
but others made time to play: Michael Lockwood of Florida tosses a
beach ball as Ann Zucker, also of Florida (right), looks on.
